Terms & Conditions

Booking Policy

Bookings can be made via call, text, email, online, Facebook and Instagram. All enquiries will be answered within 48 hours, during opening hours. The booking date and time will be confirmed by Acasa Beauty. If, on the rare occasion, you do not receive a confirmation please do not assume you have an appointment and check with us to ensure your slot is secured. Appointments are subject to availability. Bookings can be made up to 3 months in advance. All bookings require a deposit (50% of the total treatment cost) which will be deducted from the total on the day of your appointment. New clients, please note that, as a solo therapist and for personal reasons, my services are only available for female clients.

If you have trouble using my online booking system, please contact me and I will book you in manually. Please be aware that if you make a mistake when booking online, I will happily refund you however, the refund will be subject to processing fees.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Late cancellations will incur a fee depending on the amount of notice given.

If you cancel between 36 and 6 hours before your treatment, you will be charged 50% of the treatment cost. If you cancel within 6 hours of your appointment, you will be charged 75% of the cost of your treatment. Missed appointments (no-shows) will have to be paid in full. 

By engaging in any transaction with Acasa Beauty, you acknowledge and agree to our cancellation and refund policy. In the event that you choose to cancel your order and request a refund, the processing fee will be applicable (1.4% +25p for UK cards and 2.5% +25p for non-UK cards). Please note that this processing fee is non-refundable and will be deducted from the total amount of the refund. The processing fee is imposed to cover administrative costs associated with the initial transaction and subsequent cancellation. Acasa Beauty strives to provide customers with a seamless and efficient experience; however, cancellations inevitably involve operational expenses that is incurred. Therefore, by initiating a cancellation and refund request, you understand and accept that the processing fee will be forfeited.

If you are late for your appointment, it may be shortened or cancelled/re-arranged and the full cost of the treatment will still be charged. Please ensure you give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment so it can be offered to others. Please also be mindful that cancellations can impact small businesses heavily. 

Covid & Illness Cancellation Policy

Please be mindful that if I become unwell, it will not only affect my health and potentially other clients' health, it will also affect my income as I might not be able to work. With that in mind, you must make me aware, prior to your appointment, if you or anyone in your household has COVID or any other contagious illnesses. The cancellation policy above still applies. If I arrive at your appointment and someone in your household has COVID or any other contagious illness, your treatment will not go ahead and you will be charged full payment for the appointment. 

Change Of Mind Policy

Please try to give at least 24 hours notice if you change your mind about which treatment you've booked. Where possible, I will swap your treatment but please bear in mind that if I am unable to do so, it will be charged as a cancellation. I do not always carry ALL products and equipment with me, so please let me know before I arrive if you wish to change your treatment. 

Gift Card Policy

Gift cards can be purchased online or in person. When purchased online, the recipient will receive a digital gift card via email. Physical gift cards can be purchased in person. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. Acasa Beauty gift cards have an expiry date of 6 months from the purchase date. If you fail to redeem your gift card within 6 months, it will expire and will not be accepted. 

To redeem a gift card, you can book an appointment online and use it at the checkout or you can call, text or email Acasa Beauty to book an appointment, stating you have a gift card to use. Please be aware that the cancellation policy and travel fees will still apply to gift card bookings (please see below for details).


Travel Fees

I cover up to 12 miles from my base in Upton, Chester. Unfortunately, I am unable to cover any distance outside of this area. The first 5 miles from my base are free and then a fee of 50p per mile (there and back) will be charged to cover fuel, time spent travelling and car maintenance.  


Acasa Beauty will accept cash, and card payments, including contactless and bank transfers. We no longer accept cheques as a payment method. Please be aware that bank transfers will need to be carried out at the time of the appointment, if you fail to carry out the bank transfer on the day of the appointment, a reminder message will be sent out to you. On the rare occasion where payment hasn't been received within 2 weeks, Acasa Beauty will no longer be able to provide services for you and any future appointments will automatically be cancelled.  

Treatments & Prices

All treatments and prices are accurate as of 1st April 2024. Acasa Beauty reserves the right to change prices at any time, without notice, although notice will be given where possible.

Some treatments will require patch testing 48 hours prior to your appointment, this is essential and cannot be avoided for your safety and for insurance purposes.


Client Care

Client care is so important to us so please make sure you inform us if you are pregnant/breastfeeding, on medication or have any other medical condition that could affect your treatment at the time of booking. In certain cases, a doctor's note may be required. Pre-treatment will be given before your treatment, these instructions are for your safety and to help you get the best results from your treatment. It will be your responsibility to follow the advice. Client consultations will be carried out on your initial appointment.

Aftercare Advice

After-care advice will be given after your treatment, these instructions are for your safety and to help you get the best results from your treatment. It will be your responsibility to follow the advice. Please note that on the rare occasion that your shellac chips within 48 hours of the treatment, I will endeavor to fit you in ASAP and fix the nail free of charge. Any shellac breakages/chips outside of the 48-hour window will be chargeable.
