Terms & Conditions


Bookings can be made via call, text, email, online, Facebook and Instagram. All enquiries will be answered within 48 hours, during opening hours. The booking date and time will be confirmed by Acasa Beauty. If, on the rare occasion, you do not receive a confirmation please do not assume you have an appointment and check with us to ensure your slot is secured. Appointments are subject to availability. Bookings can be made up to 3 months in advance. All bookings require a deposit (50% of the total treatment cost) which will be deducted from the total on the day of your appointment.


Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the treatment price. Missed appointments (no shows) will have to be paid in full. If you are late for your appointment, it may be shortened or cancelled/re-arranged and the full cost of the treatment will still be charged. Please ensure you give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment so it can be offered to others. Please also be mindful that cancellations can impact small businesses heavily. 


Acasa Beauty will accept cash, card payments, including contactless and bank transfers. We no longer accept cheques as a payment method. Please be aware that bank transfers will need to be carried out at the time of the appointment, if you fail to carry out the bank transfer on the day of the appointment, a reminder message will be sent out to you. On the rare occasion where payment hasn't been received within 2 weeks, Acasa Beauty will no longer be able to provide services for you and any future appointments will automatically be cancelled.  

Treatments & Prices

All treatments and prices are accurate as of May 2022. Acasa Beauty reserves the right to change prices at any time, without notice, although notice will be given where possible.

Some treatments will require patch testing 48 hours prior to your appointment, this is essential and cannot be avoided for your safety and for insurance purposes.


Client Care

Client care is so important to us so please make sure you inform us if you are pregnant/breastfeeding, on medication or have any other medical condition that could affect your treatment at the time of booking. In certain cases, a doctor's note may be required. Pre-treatment and after-care advice will be given before and after your treatment, these instructions are for your safety and to help you get the best results from your treatment. It will be your responsibility to follow the advice. Client consultations will be carried out on your initial appointment.
