Your information is used to provide and fulfil your treatments and to communicate with you about your appointments. We share booking data with Ovatu (our salon booking software) under a strict data protection agreement, and with our website host for the operation of this site.
We will always ask for your consent before sending you marketing information. You can opt out at any time by contacting us by email.
Client consultation forms are kept for 7 years and financial records for 6 years, as required by law.
Your data is encrypted and stored securely within the European Economic Area on Ovatu's secure servers.
You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to retain it.
